eduroam in Israel

eduroam provides per-user, per-session encrypted network access for visitors from participating institutions. Connectivity is instantaneous and the infrastructure is authenticated by the parent institution.

Connecting to an eduroam site should be very similar to connecting to your home institution’s network. You use the same authentication method, encryption and user name/password (or certificate). The only thing that might differ is how you connect to the network. You can use an Ethernet connection or wireless (currently only wireless connections are supported in all the above mentioned Israeli universities that carry the eduroam service).

Your local IT administrator must provide you with all the necessary details on how to connect to your local network.
